The motor-driven silent electric bolt achieves locking and unlocking through the reciprocating motion of the bolt, which is precisely actuated by a built-in stepper motor. The stepper motor delivers substantial output torque, generating sufficient thrust to properly align the bolt with the door and complete reliable locking even when the door is deformed or misaligned. All structural components are constructed from metal materials, and the plug-in and reset mechanical structure has undergone dedicated noise-reduction treatment. Two Hall-effect sensors integrated on the PCB accurately position and control the bolt’s extension and retraction, enabling fully silent locking and unlocking operations. Unlike traditional electric bolts that rely on a solenoid valve structure, this product does not require continuous power supply to the motor once it enters the locked or unlocked state, delivering excellent low energy consumption and eco-friendly performance.
